Before partnering with Brandkyte, this bariatric multivitamins brand was struggling to unlock growth on Amazon. Monthly sales were stagnant at roughly 3,000 units, Subscribe & Save subscribers were declining due to prior inventory gaps, and conversion rates remained low because of weak listings and underperforming creative. Paid advertising lacked structure, resulting in excessive spend, high ACoS, and minimal impact on profitability. Competitors dominated key placements, leaving the brand without strong category authority or visibility.

We reactivated lost Subscribe & Save buyers through targeted coupons and tailored promotions, restoring predictable recurring revenue. The product listing was fully overhauled with SEO-driven keyword strategy, conversion-focused imagery, and optimized A+ Content designed to clearly communicate value and drive trust.

On the advertising side, we rebuilt PPC from the ground up, shifting to single-keyword campaigns, refined product targeting, and disciplined bid management to eliminate waste and improve profitability. To strengthen brand dominance, we optimized the Amazon Storefront, aggressively defended branded keywords, and supported visibility through external traffic. During peak events, we layered in a Prime Exclusive Discount (PED) strategy to accelerate velocity and capture market share.

The Results

The impact was immediate and sustained. Monthly sales grew from approximately 3,000 units to over 5,000 units, while conversion rates more than doubled, increasing from 12–15% to 35–38%. Advertising efficiency improved dramatically, with ACoS reduced from 55–60% down to 18–22%, transforming PPC into a scalable profit driver.

The brand secured top-of-search placements for high-intent keywords, achieved its highest sales volume in company history during PED campaigns, and significantly increased organic visibility.
