Ecozoi was scaling fast on Amazon but struggling to grow profitably. With ACOS at 75%, TACOS at 40%, 48% wasted ad spend, and profits at just 2%, their growth was unsustainable. The goal: increase profitability to 15% while maintaining the same growth trajectory into 2025.
BrandKyte worked backwards from the profit goal to design a 6-month roadmap to profitability. Identified the top 20% of listings driving 80% of revenue, factoring in seasonality. Mapped target customer personas and performed deep competitor and market research. Optimized listings through A/B testing, Rufus AI insights, and review sentiment analysis. Re-engineered PPC structure and bid strategy using a multi-layered campaign approach to cut waste and boost efficiency.
The transformation was remarkable. Click-through rate improved by 56%, while conversion rates climbed 35%. ACOS dropped from 75% to 24%, TACOS fell to 12%, and wasted ad spend was reduced to just 5%. Most importantly, Ecozoi’s overall profitability rose from 2% to 17%, surpassing their goal while sustaining the same growth pace.

Nutranomy Case Study
Nutranomy came into Shopify-commerce with a legacy B2B export/import mindset, but their D2C growth on Shopify was under-performing. Their Google Ads ROAS was hovering just above break-even, CPA was too high, organic traffic was thin, and the website lacked optimized conversion flows, making customer acquisition expensive and growth unsustainable.
BrandKyte collaborated with Nutranomy to redesign their Shopify store architecture, build a mobile-first UX, revamp SEO (targeting nutraceutical extract keywords) and implement CRO tactics like improved product pages, review triggers and urgency messaging. Simultaneously, we restructured their Google Ads account with clear ROAS targets, layered campaign funnels (awareness → consideration → purchase), and optimized for CPA. We also introduced lifetime-value thinking, subscription offers and retention flows to lower acquisition cost and increase revenue per visitor.
Within six months Nutranomy’s storefront performance turned markedly positive. Google Ad ROAS increased from 1.8× to 4.2×, while CPA dropped by 48 % to nearly meet target. On-site conversion rate rose from 0.9 % to 2.3 %, and average session duration increased 35 %. The redesign also improved mobile checkout completion by 27 % and cart abandonment fell by 19 %. Overall monthly online revenue doubled, establishing a scalable growth foundation for the brand.
